GameTopUp.PK New Refund Policy Effective from 16 November 2024 and onwards

At GameTopUp.PK, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if something doesn't go as planned, we have a straightforward refund policy in place to assist you.

Eligibility for Refund:

Your order is eligible for a refund if:

  1. Order Processing Delay: Your order has not been completed within 24 hours.
  2. Incorrect Credit: If you have received the wrong or incorrect credit in your game account and 24 hours have passed since the order, it is eligible for a refund.
  3. Incorrect Account Details: The provided game account details are incorrect, and the order status has been changed to "On Hold - Wrong Details."
  4. Region Issue: The provided game account is not registered or used in Pakistan, and the order status has been updated to "On Hold - Region Issue.

Please submit refund request or highlight the issue within 7 Days so your request could be considered!

Note: If your order has been credited successfully with the correct amount and details, it is not eligible for a refund, as the service has been delivered as expected.

Refund Process:

  1. Instant Refunds (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, U-Paisa):
    • If you paid via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or U-Paisa, we automatically initiate a direct refund to the original account used for payment.
    • This method includes a charge of up to 2.5%, but you will receive the refund within minutes. It also eliminates the hassle of merchant-initiated refunds.
  2. Direct Refunds (Raast, Bank Accounts, Other Wallets):
    • If you paid using Raast, bank transfer, or other wallets, you can opt for a direct refund with a fee of up to 3%.
    • To initiate this process, please reach out to us with the transaction receipt issued by your bank for verification.
  3. Card Payments:
    • Payments made via credit/debit cards are not eligible for direct refunds. In these cases, we will initiate a merchant-initiated refund, which does not incur any charges but may take several weeks for the funds to reflect back in your account.
    • You may also need to contact your bank to expedite the refund process.

Merchant-Initiated Refunds:

  • If a direct refund is not possible (e.g., for card payments), we will process a merchant-initiated refund. This method does not have any charges but can take longer to reflect in your account.

  • If you paid with EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or U-Paisa, please ensure the account remains active to receive the refund promptly.
