Digital Goods
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and products are not returnable unless they are incomplete or not as described.
- Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of product not as described.
- If you receive a incomplete or incorrect digital product, please contact us within 3 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Physical Goods
- Currently, we do not sell physical goods. However, if we introduce physical products in the future, our returns and refund policy for physical goods will be outlined here.
Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed and the product has been delivered. If the product is not still delivered and you want to cancel it, immediately submit support ticket.
- Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy.
Refund Process
- Refunds for defective or incorrect digital products will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
- Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
